Today's students are tomorrow’s workforce. We have to make sure they have every opportunity possible to succeed. When we simply allow families to make decisions about how their children learn, we help students thrive and encourage a new generation of citizen leaders.
Tax Reform
The legislature must continue its focus on job growth and economic security, and tax reform is the next piece of the puzzle. I’ve spent my career creating jobs and growing a business. We must simplify our tax code to make Kentucky a competitive place to start a business and raise a family.
Fiscal Responsibility
We can’t pass along our debts to our children and grandchildren. I know how to make tough decisions to balance a budget sheet, and I’m prepared to be a responsible guardian of taxpayer dollars in Frankfort.
Opioid/Drug Crisis
The ongoing epidemic is a complex problem that requires a multi-faceted solution involving law enforcement, treatment professionals, employers, schools, and communities. I’m prepared to bring everyone together to help save lives, protect Kentucky communities and encourage long-term recovery.
